From their Home Page, an adjuster is only one click away from diaries, alerts, contacts, reports, financials, new claim setup, search and administrative functions. And once a specific claim has been opened for viewing or modification, BlueWave Claims provides an adjuster with centralized access to all of the key claim data and functions they need to manage the claim through its settlement and closure.

The Financials screen exemplifies the powerful combination of a Business Process Management (BPM) engine with customizable business rules. BlueWave Claims uses automated workflows along with client-defined business rules to control the results of each financial transaction entered into the system. Every financial transaction must pass a number of strict business edits before it can be accepted and booked; otherwise, it is put into a “held” state for review and approval by a manager. BlueWave Claims can automate any financial and audit controls that a carrier has established, effectively reducing claim leakage and potential human errors.
