Software Engineer

Duties: Analyzes business and technical requirements, use case specifications, design documentation, and software defect reports to develop, modify, implement and enhance web-based software applications.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or engineering discipline and two to three years of object-oriented programming experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years development background with the following technologies highly desirable: Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, JBoss, Ajax, Hibernate, PostgreSQL,Oracle, SQL Server.

Quality Assurance Analyst

Duties: Plans and executes testing of software applications to ensure that the features, functionality and presentation are operating according to specifications and standards.

Education and Experience: High school degree and 1-2 years related software QA or testing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate’s degree from two-year college or Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university and/or 2-3 years experience in a property and casualty environment highly desirable.

Senior Business Analyst

Duties: Analyzes and documents the business and technical needs of the client and refines and translates those requirements into detailed specifications for software development. Directs project teams in outlining work plans, assignments, duties, responsibilities, deliverables and deadlines. Builds strong working relationships with assigned clients.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and two to three years of business or systems analysis experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Two to three years experience in a property and casualty environment highly desirable.

Business Analyst
