Alyssa Hostelley is the EVP of BlueWave Claims. With more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, she brings multi-disciplinary expertise in the areas of operations, finance, product development and product management.
As EVP of BlueWave Claims, Hostelley is responsible for day-to-day leadership of the BlueWave Technology team including product strategic direction, product training, client implementation and services, post-implementation support, sales and business development.
As a result of directing many successful customer implementations, Hostelley has developed trusted business relationships with both business partners and clients. During her time with BlueWave, she has successfully launched two of the company’s premier client implementations in the Mid-West and Northeast acting as both Project Manager and Product Manager on the initiatives.
Hostelley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Santa Clara University.
Matt Grover is a Director of Customer Relations for BlueWave Technology. He brings more than 15 years of experience in IT management and a wealth of knowledge in both insurance and software industries to BlueWave Technology.
As VP of product management, Grover is responsible for overall Product Management at BlueWave Technology including product strategic direction, business analysis, product training and post-implementation support.
Grover is an integral participant of BlueWave’s sales team, providing in-depth functional and technical product demonstrations and assessing scope with prospective clients. Additionally, he often provides leadership in system integration efforts for the client implementation team.
Prior to joining BlueWave, Grover worked in IT for both software and service vendor and client environments. Amongst his many accomplishments, he has led innovative hardware and software implementations and effectively implemented and utilized industry best practices within business operations.
Grover earned a B.A. from University of Northern Colorado and has a multitude of certificates in technology initiatives, including Business Process Management and Advanced Reporting Design.
As Director of Marketing and Business Development, Bell is responsible for overall Marketing and Public Relations at BlueWave Technology, executing strategic development and tactical implementation for BlueWave’s marketing initiatives including branding, industry forums, tradeshows, advertising and lead generation.
Prior to joining BlueWave Technology, Bell served as Marketing Manager for Folksamerica Reinsurance Company, a subsidiary of White Mountains Re, a $2.7 billion company. During this time, Bell managed marketing, advertising and public relations activities for White Mountains Re, Folksamerica, White Mountains Re Underwriting Services Limited, Folksresolutions and Sirius.
Bell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
